Through A+ Yachting, our family spent years supporting demanding superyacht operations across the Adriatic—working beside owners, captains, management companies, shipyards and technical specialists. That experience taught us that excellence is not theatre. It is preparation, discretion, communication and consistent delivery.

When we moved to the United Arab Emirates, we recognised a region investing in world-class marinas, shipyards and waterfront destinations—and a future in which yachting becomes integral to lifestyle, tourism and economic development.

S&S was created to connect that regional ambition with international experience: not to replace local businesses, but to help them grow; not simply to import expertise, but to build partnerships through which knowledge and capability strengthen one another.
